Terms & Conditions
Rates Subject to Change
The prices which are quoted are subject to change and may vary for events beyond our control, such as changes in taxes or exchange rate fluctuations.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time is 2pm. Earlier check ins are available subject to availability. If you require your room early we recommend that you pre-register your room for the night prior which is changed at 100% of the room rate. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs are subject to availability.
Deposit
A deposit of one nights accommodation is required to confirm any reservation. On payment of this deposit you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if the deposit is not received within 7 days of the booking being made. Deposits are not transferable.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 72hours of scheduled arrival will incur a 100% loss of deposit ie one night's accommodation will be charged. Deposits are not transferable. No Shows or days not used resulting from late arrival - no refund will be given. Please note our recommendations regarding appropriate insurance protection. If after arrival a guest chooses to check out early for whatever reason, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the management.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with us, or during your participation in any of our activities. Please also be aware that for your safety you are to follow any directions which may be given to you whilst you are staying with us. We will not accept responsibility for any injuries which occur during your stay. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as late arrival of international or domestic flights, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are covered in all respects by the Law of New South Wales and any legal action arising under the contract shall be litigated only in the appropriate Court having jurisdiction in New South Wales.
